JD- Business Development Executive(B2B) & Client Servicing
? Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
? Able to mapping the competition.
? Able to work in assign account, also can create Business Potential
? Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
? Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
? Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
? Cold calling
? Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
? Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
? Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand/ Product
? Help promote and maintain a positive company image
? Good communicating & analytical skills.
? Able to handle client on Independent basis also Go for the client meeting whenever
required.
? Maintain monthly MIS and Target.
? Able to build good relationship with Client.
? Assisting in Generating new business.
? Able to generate leads.
Skills Required
? Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager/ BDE /BDM
? Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
? Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
? Problem-solving attitude
? Excellent communication skills
? Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
? Teamwork and leadership skills
? Customer-oriented mindset
