Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries for gifting and promotional product requirements.
Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase, and Marketing departments.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting solutions from our product range.
Ensure repeat business through superior service, timely delivery, and follow-up.
Sales Execution
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients.
Negotiate pricing and close deals profitably.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated with the latest gifting trends, promotional ideas, and seasonal products.
Provide inputs to the product and marketing teams for new product development.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate sales records and client data in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide periodic reports and market insights to management.

Qualification & Experience:
