to drive sales and business development for our range of CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial machinery, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.) to manufacturing companies, job shops, and industrial clients.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with application engineers and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the product and marketing teams.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of CNC machines or industrial equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes and machine configurations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
