Key Responsibilities:



Build a strong network with architects, developers, and consultants involved in commercial and luxury residential projects. Promote Magneto's HVAC and air purification solutions to institutional and corporate clients. Conduct site visits, presentations, and demos for commercial stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project integration and client satisfaction. Monitor sales pipeline, follow up regularly, and maintain project data in CRM. Report insights and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Required Skills:



B2B sales experience in building tech, HVAC, or automation products. Strong market knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate and infrastructure space. Excellent interpersonal, technical communication, and business development skills.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

or other technical background (preferred). Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong technical sales experience can also apply.
