Job Summary:



We are looking for a

dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive / AM

with proven experience in industrial sales related to

hardware, plywood, paints, or specialty coatings

. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of B2B sales practices, client acquisition, and account handling within sectors such as

architecture, construction, automotive, or furniture manufacturing

.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with

dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and industrial clients

. Identify new business opportunities and

grow existing accounts

across relevant product segments (Paints, Plywood, Coatings, etc.). Represent premium brands like

Astral Vernici, ICA Pidilite, MRF Speciality Coatings, Nippon Auto Paints, and Jivanjor

. Prepare and deliver

sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals

. Achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams for

order processing, logistics, and client service

. Collect

market intelligence and competitor data

to support strategic planning. Participate in

trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.

MBA in Sales/Marketing

preferred.

Experience Required:



2 to 5 years

of proven B2B sales experience in relevant product segments. Experience with any of the mentioned brands will be a

strong advantage

.

Compensation:



Salary + Attractive Incentive Plan + Travel Allowance + Performance Bonus

Candidates with prior experience in

travel extensively and work on-field
