Requirements for the Sales Development Manager
1-3 years of experience in outbound SaaS sales or B2B inside sales
Proven ability to run cold outbound campaigns with success
Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
Familiar with CRM tools, outbound email tools, and LinkedIn prospecting
Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a growth mindset
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal customer profiles
Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, and WhatsApp
Should be able to lead the demos for our clients
Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot or ZohoCRM) with lead status and follow-ups
Personalize outreach using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Collaborate with marketing for alignment on campaigns, messaging, and feedback
Track daily activities, outreach metrics, and conversion rates
