Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients via
cold calls, emails, and online platforms
.
Promote Alibaba.com services and solutions to businesses to help them expand their online reach.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Handle
inbound and outbound inquiries
and provide solutions to client queries.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems and report sales performance to management.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented with a strong
sales mindset
.
Experience in
B2B sales, channel sales, or corporate sales
is preferred.
Familiarity with Alibaba.com or e-commerce platforms is a plus; training will be provided.
