Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
Present and explain product/service offerings to decision-makers.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2-5 years of experience
in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Proficiency in
