Role Summary



As a

B2B Sales Associate / Lead

, you'll spearhead the growth of EUME's institutional and enterprise partnerships. Your goal: to showcase our premium luggage, bags, backpacks, and accessories to corporate clients, retail chains, and distributors--expanding EUME's presence in B2B channels and elevating brand reach.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify, research, and target key B2B prospects across sectors such as corporate gifting, departmental stores, travel retailers, airlines, and more. Initiate contact via email, phone, networking events, and platforms like LinkedIn.

Sales Presentations & Pitching

Tailor presentations to highlight EUME's product lines--aluminium cabins, check-ins, laptop and massager backpacks, messenger bags, travel accessories, etc. EUME+1 Emphasize features like sustainability, stylish design, innovative materials, multi-year warranty (5 years on luggage, 1.5 years on backpacks & accessories) to build value. EUME

Proposal & Negotiation

Draft and deliver competitive proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals--ensuring alignment with company pricing strategy and margin goals.

Account Management

Serve as the B2B client's primary point of contact. Maintain relationships, manage orders, coordinate logistics, and support product rollouts.

Market Feedback & Strategy

Gather insights from the market--client needs, competitor activity, emerging B2B trends--and feed them into product development and go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with marketing, design, supply chain, and product teams to ensure customization, product readiness, and timely delivery to B2B clients.

Performance Targets

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience

: 2-5 years in B2B sales--preferably in fashion, lifestyle accessories, travel goods, or consumer durables.

Skills

: Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication--written and verbal. Excel at building trust, relationships, and long-term partnerships.

Product Understanding

: Passion for travel gear, with an appreciation for design, functionality, and sustainable innovation.
