ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to customer enquiries, provide technical support, and prepare quotations based on product specifications and requirements. ? Handling of RFQs. ? Oversee payment follow-ups and collections to ensure timely revenue flow. ? Maintaining strong communication with customers to clarify technical details and order status. ? Supporting the external sales team by preparing sales documentation, proposals, and presentations. ? Developing and maintaining customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer satisfaction. ? Providing feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services. ? Reply to emails and sharing information with team if there is any change in schedule by customer end. ? Making data on Schedule vs. Supply on daily basis and evaluating the same. ? Monitoring and tracking sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date ? Reaching out for tenders and assisting in tender preparation and contract review when necessary. ? Follow up on open quotations and support the sales team in achieving targets. ? Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
