We are a growing organic waste management company, committed to sustainability through the collection, processing, and conversion of waste into compost and bio-manure.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire clients across industries, PSU, municipal corporations, GIDC, IT parks, residential societies, malls, hotels, and restaurants
Identify and manage government tenders, including documentation and follow-ups
Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure renewals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industries and tenders
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, goal-driven, and comfortable with travel
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
