About the Role



We're seeking a proactive and relationship-driven B2B Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team at Accounting Genie LLP. This role combines new business development with ongoing client relationship management--perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling and solving client problems in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Present our recruitment & HR solutions (HireNow, RPO Lite, GenieFlex, GenieVerify) to key decision-makers Customize sales decks and proposals based on client needs and industry segments Manage the entire client lifecycle--from first contact to post-onboarding service delivery Serve as the point-of-contact for client communication, issue resolution, and performance updates Regularly track hiring progress and client satisfaction to ensure retention Explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities (background checks, payroll, HR advisory) Maintain updated reports and pipelines using Google Sheets Share performance updates with the leadership team weekly/monthly

What We're Looking For



0-3 years of B2B sales, recruitment solutions, SaaS, or HRTech experience (startup or agency background preferred). A consultative and client-focused approach, not just transactional sales. Great written & verbal communication in English and Hindi. Comfort with email, LinkedIn outreach, presentations, and using google sheet. Understand the dynamics of selling to Indian SMBs, startups, or growing companies. Open to travel for client meetings, business events, and networking sessions, with flexibility to work dynamic hours based on business needs. Friendly, professional, and self-motivated

Compensation & Incentives



For Fresher/ Trainee (0-1 yr): ?18,000 - ?23,000/month For Experienced (1-3 yrs): ?25,000 - ₹50,000/month Performance Incentives: ?5,000/per account closure Quarterly Bonus: 10% of revenue from your closed accounts/projects
