About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic

B2B Sales Agents (Voice Process)

to assist one of our D2C clients. Your primary focus will be speaking to customers who have shown interest in a product but haven't finished purchasing. You'll guide them with product information, recommend the right solutions, offer active assistance while placing orders, and ensure a simple and trouble-free buying experience.

Responsibilities

Connect with 100-120 interested customers and guide them through completing their purchase. Explain product options, benefits, and available offers in a clear and friendly manner. Assist with order placement, payment clarifications, and simple post-purchase updates. Make follow-up and repeat-order calls to build ongoing customer relationships. Share important customer details or outcomes in the CRM accurately. Work toward daily sales goals with consistent conversions.

Requirements

At least 3 months of experience in telesales, customer support, or voice-based roles. Clear communication in Hindi and English; additional languages are a plus. Confident, patient, and good at helping customers make decisions. Comfortable in a target-based environment with steady call volumes. Own laptop/desktop with webcam, a good headset, and stable internet. Comfortable to work rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
