Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives and targets.

Team leadership:

Hire, train, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to improve performance.

Client and business development:

Identify new business opportunities, pursue sales leads, and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Performance analysis:

Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, product, and other teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Contract negotiation:

Negotiate and close sales agreements with potential and existing clients to maximize profits.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹36,292.29 per month
