Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order tracking through CRM/Excel.
Maintain and update customer database, enquiry pipeline, and follow-up records.
Coordinate between field sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Track pending quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare MIS and CRM reports for management review.
Required Skills:
Industry experience is mandatory - must be from Switchgear, Lapp Cables, Secure Meters, Connectwell, Innomotics Motors or similar product lines.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, organized, and customer-service oriented.
Experience with CRM or ERP software preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
