Role: Domestic B2B Sales
Qualification: 10+2 and above
Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Process (Tele sales mandatory)
Salary: ₹3 LPA - ?4 LPA
Shift: Day Shift (10 AM - 7 PM)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Languages: English + Hindi (Mandatory)
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound B2B telesales calls via dialer
2. Conduct research & marketing activities using CRM, email, etc.
3. Generate leads, negotiate contracts & close B2B deals
4 . Collaborate with inside sales team to focus on high-value prospects
5 . Achieve personal & team sales targets
6 . Share weekly & monthly reports on conversions and pipeline growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,400.31 - ₹28,539.09 per month
