What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to create a high-performing sales culture.
Drive Sales Strategy:
Plan and execute strategies to grow our presence in the FMCG sector.
Manage Performance:
Set targets, track KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success.
Oversee Pipeline:
Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM.
Engage Strategically:
Support high-value deals, assist with complex negotiations, and build key industry relationships.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with marketing, product, and customer success to align on go-to-market plans.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in
B2B SaaS sales
, including 2+ years in
sales management or team leadership
.
Proven success in building and scaling sales teams that consistently hit targets.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to design effective sales processes.
Advanced skills with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities -- comfortable working with executive-level clients.
