We're looking for a
B2B SaaS Sales Executive
who can play a key role in scaling our revenue by driving pipeline growth, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails) and inbound lead qualification.
Understand client needs and position DexKor's solutions effectively to CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers.
Deliver product demos and presentations that highlight value, ROI, and differentiation.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports in CRM tools.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales (inside sales / account executive roles preferred).
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, particularly in SMB and mid-market segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consultative selling conversations.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Self-starter with a hunter mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience selling Customer Success, CRM, or CX SaaS products.
Exposure to the Indian and/or global SaaS market.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation, and modern sales prospecting tools.
