A B2B real estate sales role typically involves finding and engaging business clients, building relationships, and closing deals for residential & commercial properties. Key responsibilities include lead generation through networking and research, creating and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and using CRM software to track sales performance. Qualifications often require experience in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities:



? Client engagement:

Identify and target potential business clients through research and networking.

? Relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

? Sales strategy:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, often collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams.

? Proposals and presentations:

Develop and present tailored sales proposals, and conduct product presentations.

? Negotiation and closing:

Negotiate contracts and close deals, handling high- value transactions professionally.

? Performance tracking:

Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM software.

? Market analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

? After-sales support:

Provide after-sales support and work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

? Experience:

Proven experience of at least 2 years in B2B sales, with a preference for real estate, hospitality, or related industries.

? Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

? Negotiation:

Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

? Technical skills:

Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce) and sales analytics tools is a plus.

? Personal attributes:

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida H.O, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
