Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Marketing Executive to promote and market our tie-up properties, generate B2B & corporate bookings, and expand our partner network. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in hospitality marketing, property onboarding, and corporate/tour agency tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities



Promote properties for corporate, leisure, and B2B bookings Identify and onboard travel agents, OTAs, corporate travel desks, and B2B partners Conduct field visits, sales calls, email outreach, and networking Negotiate corporate rates, commissions, and allotment contracts Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations and guest requirements Manage rate sheets, proposals, seasonal offers, and property profiles Maintain CRM data, client pipeline, and monthly performance reports Achieve monthly targets Participate in marketing activities, events, and exhibitions Build long-term relationships with travel trade partners and corporates

Required Experience



3-5 years of experience in property marketing, hospitality sales, travel B2B, or corporate tie-ups

Strong understanding of hospitality and travel channel ecosystem (OTA / B2B / Corporate) Experience in rate negotiation, onboarding, and partner relationship management Field sales background preferre
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
