Product Marketing Manager - Exp 5 to 9 years iMerit is a leading AI data solutions company providing high quality data across computer vision, natural language processing and content services that powers machine learning and artificial intelligence applications for large enterprises. iMerit provides end-to-end data labeling services to Fortune 500 companies in a wide array of industries including agricultural AI, autonomous vehicles, commerce, geospatial, government, financial services, medical AI and technology. ABOUT THE ROLE This will be a key role with high growth potential that reports to the VP of Marketing. Due to the strategic nature of the work, it will have a lot of visibility across the entire company. This position will help establish the foundation as we evolve from a services led organization to a product and solutions focused organization taking iMerit to the next level of growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a strategic hire you\'ll lead the efforts behind creating differentiated messaging and positioning for iMerit products and solutions in the artificial intelligence market. Part of this role is taking existing products and technology and finding ways to clearly communicate context and value in our GTM. Other times you\'ll be assessing a market segment, such as agricultural AI and autonomous tractor or Medical AI and sports biomechanics, looking at our capabilities and creating a packaged solution that the market needs and working with the broader team to take it to market. Work closely with product management, sales, solutions architects, PR and broader marketing teams to refine messaging for target markets and personas. Create, manage and execute a regular pipeline of solution packages targeted at specific industries and use cases. Work with the demand generation team to bring those to market and successfully create engagement. Develop collateral pieces including one-sheets, white papers, infographics, case studies, use cases, testimonials and presentations that enable Sales to be successful. Develop sales enablement collateral such as solution packages, qualification and messaging guides to accelerate sales effectiveness. Plan and execute technology product launches and work with the Customer Success team to secure customer references. Provide insights and content for our website, PR, media, industry analyst briefings, and tradeshows for the AI market. Participate in various speaking engagements and conferences, either as a representative of the Marketing team or to evangelize our positioning. Assist the field sales organization by providing expertise in specific sales situations, whether it be the creation of discovery questions, playbooks or objection handling. Conduct market research and analysis within the constantly changing market of artificial intelligence to improve iMerit\'s understanding of the market, competitors, and key trends. Win/Loss analysis for better understanding of our value to customers. This role will start as an individual contributor and leader, but it has tremendous potential for growth. iMerit will continue to build expertise in vertical market segments and this could very easily expand into a broader role that develops a team to accomplish that. QUALIFICATIONS: 5-9 years of product marketing experience, ideally from a technology company scaling to a global enterprise. Experience in positioning B2B products and solutions for a growth market, appealing to technical users. Experience navigating technical topics such as: big data, machine learning and/or artificial intelligence Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior success in working with and communicating at all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. Being proficient in other applications for working on collateral is also a plus. Experience in different mediums to explain positioning and value (long form content, visuals, videos, multimedia, etc.) Leader who has shown the ability to build and manage small strategic teams that have a high impact across the organization. Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and highly dynamic market. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: You\'ve identified new opportunities in the broader artificial intelligence market and ecosystem, and brought iMerit technology products and platforms to life through the website, powerpoints and videos. Products and solutions are clearly explained and demonstrated visually, both online and through Sales engagements. You\'ve developed, led and executed on a pipeline of solution packages targeted at different industries such as autonomous vehicles, medical AI, geospatial and technology. Sales reps are well informed and equipped with materials to make them successful. The website and collateral have clearly defined positioning that drives high engagement.
