Job Description

The B2B Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the media, events, public relations, marketing research, and marketing functions within the B2B segment. This role requires owning at least two primary products (media, public relations, and or events) and continuously developing and improving them. The successful candidate will create and implement strategic plans, drive product initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and growth of these products.

Responsibilities:



Drive short and long-term B2B marketing planning for designated strategic areas/product lines. Manage and execute customer acquisition, creating nurture and conversion campaigns that drive new business and engage existing customers. Execute tactics for B2B lead generation. Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the growth and improvement of media and events products. Continuously analyze media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement. Plan, organize, and execute successful events that align with the company's goals. Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs. Conduct product research and analysis to define customer targets and assess campaign performance. Develop and enhance products to meet market needs and company goals. Oversee and collaborate with internal and external marketing team members to develop and execute strategies and tactics. Lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports. Supporting training local product contingent staff. Devise and present new customer acquisition ideas and strategies to assist in meeting revenue goals.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing Has the IT Tech Industry background is preferred. Deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics to drive growth with customers and prospects. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies Proficiency in English languages, both written and verbal. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ?416.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
