2-5 years of experience
in client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client calls, conducting product demonstrations, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team across the presales cycle. Exceptional
English communication skills
are mandatory, and candidates with a
neutral or specific global-friendly accent
will be preferred.This role requires strong presentation skills, customer understanding, and the ability to translate product capabilities into client-relevant value propositions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in presales, inside sales, business development, or client-facing B2B roles.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills--clear, fluent, and confident.
Ability to maintain a neutral or preferred professional accent for international interactions.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct persuasive demos.
Ability to quickly grasp product features and explain them in simple terms.
Good understanding of B2B processes, client expectations, and sales cycles.
Competence in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong listening skills, customer empathy, and problem-solving ability.
