We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy B2B Portal Executive - Hotel Portal to join our growing travel technology team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding hotels to our booking platform, ensuring our portal remains competitive with the best rates, inventory, and exclusive offers for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and contract hotels to list on our portal with competitive rates and favorable terms.
Negotiate room allocations, last-minute deals, early-bird discounts, and value-added offers (e.g., free meals, room upgrades).
Maintain and regularly update hotel profiles, including descriptions, images, amenities, policies, and rate plans.
Collaborate with the content and technical teams to ensure accurate data integration and seamless display on the portal.
Monitor performance metrics such as booking volumes, rate competitiveness, and room availability.
Ensure partner hotels comply with service level agreements, cancellation policies, and rate parity standards.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with hotel suppliers to promote collaboration and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in hotel contracting, OTA operations, or travel tech platforms.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables), MS Office Suite, and hotel CRS platforms.
Basic IT support knowledge, including system configuration and Microsoft Outlook setup.
Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
