As a B2B Polished Diamond Sales Executive, you will drive sales and trading operations for polished diamonds, ensuring consistent margins and high trading volumes. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing assortments, and managing communications across multiple trading desks. This position demands expertise in diamond grading, certifications, and global pricing dynamics, along with the ability to handle high-value transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute B2B sales of polished diamonds including rounds, fancies, and melee.
• Manage relationships with exporters, importers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
• Handle RFQs, pricing, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end.
• Achieve trading volumes of 500+ carats per month while maintaining 10-20% deal margins.
• Prepare buyer-specific diamond assortments and manage client requirements.
• Conduct daily buyer interactions via calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate closely with trading desks in Dubai and Antwerp to align operations.
• Maintain accurate client and RFQ data in CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3-6 years of experience in B2B polished diamond trading (loose diamonds only).
• Strong knowledge of diamond grading (4Cs), GIA/HRD certifications, and RAP pricing.
• Proven ability to sell to exporters, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
• Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closure skills in high-value transactions.
• Deep understanding of global diamond pricing and trade dynamics.
• Comfortable with domestic and international travel.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and either Hindi or Gujarati.
• Experience working with trading houses in Mumbai, Surat, Dubai, or Antwerp.
• Retail or showroom diamond sales experience will not be considered.
