B2B Operations Executive - Job Responsibilities



Manage and support end-to-end B2B operational processes, from order initiation to fulfillment Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B transactions Handle order processing, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for business clients Maintain and update B2B client records, contracts, pricing, and SLAs Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and service commitments to ensure client satisfaction Act as the point of contact for B2B clients for operational queries and issue resolution Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and contractual terms Prepare and share MIS reports, sales support data, and operational performance dashboards Track KPIs such as order turnaround time, fulfillment accuracy, and client escalations Support onboarding of new B2B clients, including system setup and process alignment Coordinate with vendors and partners to meet business requirements Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency Assist in audits, reconciliations, and month-end operational closures
Key Skills:

Tools

Experience in B2B operations / enterprise accounts handling Strong coordination and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) Understanding of B2B sales cycles, contracts, and invoicing Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
