YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS

To expand our Marketing Team, we are looking for a passionate B2B Marketing Specialist. You are a self-motivated problem solver, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, combining technical, product, business and leadership perspectives? Then this might be the right position for you!

You´ll enjoy:

• Working closely with colleagues from Marketing, Product and Sales
• Working in a fast-paced tech environment and drive innovation forward
• Helping build the aioneers brand and communication with effective marketing automation and data-driven, customer centric approach
• Producing compelling Marketing assets formats showcasing how we help our clients solving their problems
• Playing a decisive role in shaping our product and having a positive impact on the supply chain industry
• Making decisions based on the 'best solution'
• Understanding dependencies of the marketing channels and how they are interconnected

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Marketing, economics or similar
• Relevant work experience of 4 - 6 years as a B2B Marketing Specialist
• Experience within the SaaS industry or Tech industry
• Good understanding of B2B Lead Funnels and have successfully implemented them with the help of Marketing Automation, Lead Nurturing and E-Mail-Marketing
• Profound knowledge in Customer Segmentation, Personalization and Content Marketing with assets like Case Studies, Whitepapers and Webinars
• You are an expert, when it comes to the Hubspot Suite (CRM, Marketing & CMS)
• Knowledge of Marketing Analytics is a plus. Being able to transfer that knowledge into action to create a compelling customer journey together - from Marketing, Sales to Customer Success.
