Key Responsibilities
1?) Offline B2B Marketing Campaigns
Plan & execute offline campaigns (seminars, workshops, brochures, flyers, standees, banners).
Organize events in NEET coaching institutes, academic institutions, coaching center, colleges & career fairs to build awareness and generate leads.
Develop strategic tie-ups with educational institutions, associations, and community groups.
Strengthen brand visibility through ground activations like medical career awareness programs.
2?) Sales & Institutional Outreach
Identify and connect with NEET coaching institutes, school managements & principals across multiple states.
Travel extensively to pitch, present, and close institutional partnerships.
Support the sales team with offline lead generation strategies and nurture pipelines.
3?) Relationship Building & Client Management
Build long-term trust-based partnerships with institutional clients.
Conduct periodic meetings & reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
Act as a consultant/advisor for institutes on student career mentoring solutions.
4? Strategic Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with creative teams to design impactful offline collaterals (brochures, presentations, displays).
Track offline campaign ROI, footfall, leads generated & conversion rates.
Provide market insights to leadership to refine go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
:
Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales with a demonstrable track record of success.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) and digital marketing tools.
Solid experience in content marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn B2B outreach, and paid ad campaigns.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform business decisions.
Capable of managing multiple projects and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively as part of client acquisition and engagement.
