We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to manage B2B marketing and agent relationships in the overseas education sector. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and training agents/consultancies, building long-term partnerships, and promoting our services through regular communication, seminars, and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with overseas education agents, sub-agents, and consultancies.
Onboard new agents and provide training on our services, processes, and value propositions.
Develop and manage an agent partner network to generate quality student referrals.
Organize agent training programs, seminars, and webinars to promote our services and strengthen partnerships.
Communicate regularly with agents to share updates, new opportunities, and marketing support.
Negotiate and formalize agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms with agents.
Support agents with marketing materials, FAQs, and counseling support for student queries.
Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Track agent performance, provide reports to management, and ensure achievement of lead generation and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel/partner management, or business development (education industry preferred).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars confidently.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and meet agents/partners regularly.
Knowledge of overseas education processes (applications, admissions, visas) is an advantage.
