Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges, institutes, and organizations to promote IPCS Global's training programs.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of students.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: 0-3 years in field sales, business development, or education sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and field activities.
Energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
