Job Summary
The B2B Marketing Delivery Lead will possess deep knowledge of end-to-end B2B marketing automation workflows, including Pardot implementation, API integrations, Sales Cloud, Classic and Lightning Builder, and web technologies such as HTML and CSS. This role will drive complex marketing automation initiatives, collaborate across functions, and align marketing operations with broader business objectives. The Lead Analyst will play a key role to guide technical execution, enhance lead generation, and ensure B2B marketing efforts are scalable, efficient, and results driven.

Essential Job FunctionsArchitect and lead Pardot implementations, including domain configuration, automation rules, connectors, completion actions, dynamic content, scoring models, and lifecycle stages. - (20%) Design, build, and deploy marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Pardot and Lightning Builder for emails and landing pages. - (15%) Ensure the integrity, compliance, and effective segmentation of B2B data, including within Salesforce.com. Develop and maintain lead and account routing strategies, scoring models, and AI-driven rules using Salesforce Einstein. - (15%) Build and optimize custom landing pages, forms, and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Pardot and Salesforce ecosystem. - (10%) Implement and manage APIs to integrate Pardot with Sales Cloud, third-party CRMs, websites, and analytics tools. - (10%) Collaborate closely with Sales Cloud, managing custom objects, workflows, lead routing, and engagement history. - (10%) Evaluate campaign effectiveness, derive actionable insights, and create dashboards in partnership with Revenue and Sales Ops teams. Include the integration of third-party reporting sources such as Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, and others. - (10%) Create and maintain technical documentation, business rules, solution architecture, and campaign requirements. - (5%) Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and train other team members on Pardot best practices, automation strategy, and Salesforce integrations. - (5%)


Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration 8+ years of experience in B2B2C Marketing, Sales, and Payments 3+ years of experience leading projects, mentoring, SME


Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration Certified Pardot Specialist Salesforce Certified Consultant Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce

Work EnvironmentNormal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.
