Key Responsibilities:
Make high volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients on a daily basis.
Generate and qualify leads by assessing client needs and interest in Mitigata's offerings.
Schedule and confirm discovery calls for the business development team.
Present and communicate our value proposition clearly to decision makers.
Maintain detailed call logs, notes, and lead updates in CRM tools.
Conduct structured follow ups to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with business development managers and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in cold calling or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident, energetic, and resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
