About the Role:



We're looking for a

B2B Lead Generation Executive

who can help us connect with potential clients and create new business opportunities.

Your main job will be to reach out to companies, talk to decision-makers, and set up meetings for our team.

If you're confident on calls, enjoy talking to people, and love working towards targets , this role is for you.

Responsibilities:



Identify potential business clients through online research and databases. Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Explain our services and generate interest. Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads. Maintain and update lead details in CRM. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales. Good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and handling client queries. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead research. Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
