About the Role:



We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced

Email Marketing Specialist

to join our on-site team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have

3-6 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing

, with a

strong focus on lead generation, list building, nurturing sequences

, and measurable ROI.

This role is perfect for someone who can strategize, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with business goals and effectively move leads through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and execute

email marketing campaigns

for B2B lead generation and engagement. Design effective

drip campaigns, nurture flows, and promotional sequences

using marketing automation tools. Build and manage segmented email lists based on buyer personas and funnel stages. Collaborate with the sales and content teams to craft

compelling B2B messaging

that drives conversions. Optimize subject lines, CTAs, content, and sending times through

A/B testing and performance analysis

. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as

open rates, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI

. Maintain and improve email hygiene, list quality, and deliverability. Ensure compliance with

email marketing best practices, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations

. Track and report campaign effectiveness with actionable insights and recommendations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:



3 to 6 years of experience in

B2B email marketing

with proven lead generation results. Strong understanding of

email automation tools

(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MoEngage, etc.). Experience with

lead nurturing, segmentation, and email list management

. Ability to write or collaborate on clear, compelling email content tailored for B2B audiences. Solid knowledge of

email marketing KPIs

and reporting. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead scoring systems. Experience in aligning email marketing with overall sales and marketing strategies. Knowledge of

email compliance laws and deliverability standards

.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):



Experience in SaaS or service-based B2B industries. Basic design skills for email templates (HTML/CSS or using tools like Canva or BeePro). Experience in integrating email with other digital channels (social media, landing pages, webinars). Familiarity with lead magnets like whitepapers, case studies, or eBooks.
