for our Bangalore office. The role involves generating qualified B2B leads, promoting industry-specific databases, and supporting email and outbound marketing campaigns for global clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, database marketing, and email outreach, with strong research and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, and online research
Promote and market B2B contact databases across multiple industries
Identify decision-makers such as CXOs, Directors, and Managers
Execute email campaigns and follow-up activities
Maintain, clean, and update B2B databases with high accuracy
Coordinate with sales teams to support conversions
Track and report lead responses and campaign performance
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or database marketing
Strong knowledge of email marketing and outbound campaigns
Experience with LinkedIn research and data sourcing
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for lead tracking
Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B data services or database selling
Exposure to international markets (USA, UK, Middle East)
Understanding of data accuracy and bounce management
