Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate HR leads using multiple platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.) Research and qualify HR decision-makers across industries and regions Use AI tools to access verified contacts of HR heads and key stakeholders Drive outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule HR meetings Deliver impactful product demos and presentations to corporate HR teams Understand client needs and propose tailored corporate wellness solutions Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM
