Fashion Communication

to join our team. This role blends creativity with analytical research to drive business growth in global B2B fashion.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Research



Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (brands, wholesalers, buyers) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms. Research fashion brands that purchase relevant products, analyzing trade data, buying patterns, and industry reports. Apply strong

number-crunching skills

to evaluate brand potential and prioritize outreach targets.

Content Creation & Marketing



Create and publish engaging content (text, visuals, videos) for

LinkedIn

and the company website. Use

AI tools

and creative software to produce professional content aligned with brand positioning. Ensure posts and campaigns are optimized for visibility, engagement, and lead conversion.

Email & Outreach Campaigns



Use email/CRM tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, Apollo, or similar) to design, test, and run campaigns. Draft compelling emails, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp outreach to maximize client response rates. Continuously experiment with messaging and formats to improve outcomes.

SEO & Campaign Analysis



Apply

SEO techniques

not only for the website but also for

AI-driven search platforms

to increase discoverability. Track performance of LinkedIn, email, and website campaigns, analyzing results to refine strategy. Generate insights into what's working and what isn't to continuously optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements



Degree/Diploma in

Fashion Communication, Marketing, or related fields

. Strong written and spoken

English

(mandatory). Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong

research and number-crunching abilities

. Interest in or experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp/Zoho/Apollo, SEO, and AI tools. Creative eye and

good taste

in developing content (text, visuals, videos). Curious, experimental mindset with ability to test, learn, and adapt quickly. Ability to work

full-time, 6 days a week from our Andheri West, Mumbai office (no remote option)
