Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing clients to build strong relationships Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups Convert leads into business opportunities Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

B2B client relations

and

tele sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in lead generation and conversion

Retail sales experience not considered
