The B2B Incharge is responsible for managing and expanding the company's business-to-business (B2B) sales operations. This includes developing relationships with corporate clients, wholesalers, and institutional buyers, ensuring timely fulfillment of bulk orders, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or consumer products.
Proven track record in handling corporate or institutional clients.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of pricing, credit policies, and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
