About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performance Digital Marketer who can drive B2B demand generation, account-based nurturing, and digital sales enablement across international markets. The ideal candidate has experience in Pharmaceutical, Herbal Ingredients, Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, or Wellness categories and understands how to create pipeline, warm relationships, and deal-acceleration--not just impressions and traffic.
This role supports global expansion, high-value enterprise outreach, and conversion of strategic accounts through digital funnels, email nurturing, and content intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Account-Based Digital Strategy
Run account-based nurturing for priority global accounts through multi-touch LinkedIn, email, retargeting, and lead magnets.
Execute and optimize Google + LinkedIn campaigns, retargeting, and lead-gen funnels for US/EU/APAC.
Segment audiences by C-suite, Innovation, R&D, NPD, and scientific buyers and track engagement to convert into sales conversations.
Create strategic content and assets (blogs, posts, email sequences, whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks).
Align messaging to women's health, Ayurveda, nutraceutical science, and category insights.
Manage email automation, drip workflows, and CRM scoring using Zoho/HubSpot/Mailchimp.
Lead LinkedIn publishing (founder + corporate) and support community building/webinars.
Track funnel KPIs (MQL, SQL, CAC, CPL, ROAS) through dashboards (GA, Search Console, CRM).
Deliver weekly / monthly performance insights and next-step recommendations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Product, R&D, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Design, and Sales to ensure messaging accuracy.
Translate clinical claims and Ayurvedic knowledge into clear consumer and B2B language.
Coordinate with external agencies when required.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Proven skills in paid ads, analytics dashboards, and email automation.
Excellent written English skills (long-form + short social copy).
Desired Qualifications:
Specialization or proven experience in
nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, women's health, wellness, functional foods, or pharma marketing.
Certifications in
LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, B2B Lead Gen, Email Automation

HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva, Figma

Understanding of
content compliance for international markets (US, EU, APAC)
