Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field-based business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential B2B clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations. Negotiate pricing and terms of service to close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
