Role : Drive business growth by visiting retailers and wholesalers in & around Kolkata to promote company business prospects with ability to nurture customer relationship management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Industry Experience:
Typically requires 2-7 years in B2B sales or marketing, with a strong preference for experience in gold, diamond, or luxury goods.
Product Knowledge:
Deep understanding of bullion & jewellery trade / materials (gold, silver, gemstones), and natural diamond grading.
Negotiation & Pricing:
Ability to negotiate bulk pricing, credit policies, and complex contract terms.
Mobility:
Willingness and passion for daily customer / client visits within assigned territories to visit client outlets as per management business strategy .
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital pitching tools like WhatsApp and PDF catalogs.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and local regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Bengali etc. ) is often mandatory for field success.
Male Preferred.
Must essentially own a 2-wheeler for daily field visits.
Must be smart , intelligent , excellent communication skills , goal-driven , gentle natured and tech-savvy.
Must complete daily visit reports in company MIS tracker / formats.

Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual Targets:
Achieving specific revenue goals for the B2B segment.
New Client Onboarding:
Number of new retailers or distributors successfully added to the network.
Trade Show ROI:
Lead generation and order volume specifically from industry exhibitions.
Pipeline Health:
Accuracy of sales reporting and the movement of prospective buyers through the sales funnel.
