Experience: 3-5 years (B2B Sales / Expo / Events preferred)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Expo Sales Head to lead and drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales for our B2B exhibitions and trade shows. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, team management, strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets across multiple expos.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve exhibitor space and sponsorship revenue targets
-Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team
-Acquire new exhibitors, brands, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
-Close high-value deals for exhibition stalls, branding opportunities, and sponsorship packages
-Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for successful expo execution
-Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
-Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and networking forums
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales within exhibitions, events, media, or trade shows
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to drive revenue in target-driven environments
Experience handling key accounts and large-ticket sales
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
