Key Responsibilities:1. Partner & Client Support
Assist in identifying and onboarding
B2B and institutional clients

Support the partner lifecycle--from
lead tracking and onboarding to service delivery and closure
.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure
satisfaction and smooth communication
.
2. Operations & Process Management
Maintain and update
trackers, reports, and documentation
on Google Sheets/Drive.
Work on
CRM or lead management tools
to track leads and client updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, support, admissions) to ensure
timely deliverables
.
3. Reporting & Data Management
Collect and organize data to prepare
weekly and monthly reports
.
Track metrics like
partner engagement, closures, and feedback
.
Assist in
data audits, compliance checks, and documentation accuracy
.
4. Process Improvements
Suggest ideas to
simplify and improve workflows
.
Identify opportunities to
reduce manual work through automation
or better tools.
