Your job is to architect, manage, and scale email systems that consistently reach decision-makers in hospitals, clinics and enterprise healthcare teams.
This role requires someone who knows how to move beyond basic campaigns someone who can protect domain reputation, keep emails landing in primary inboxes, and execute outreach that converts at a B2B level.

Key Responsibilities Email Strategy & Execution
Plan and run B2B cold email sequences for enterprise healthcare prospects
Craft precise, high-impact outreach messages tailored to C-suite and leadership personas
Build segmented lists based on geography, ICP and intent
Deliverability & Domain Health
Manage multi-domain structures for outreach volume
Set up and monitor
SPF, DKIM, DMARC
, DNS and BIMI
Maintain domain warmup routines and sender reputation
Identify and resolve inboxing, spam and bounce issues
Performance Analytics
Track and report on key metrics: deliverability, open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, spam score
Analyze patterns to refine targeting and messaging
Run A/B tests across subject lines, copies, CTAs and sending times
Enterprise Alignment
Sync with the sales team to ensure message consistency
Support outbound sales with optimized sequences
Research enterprise accounts, decision-makers and buying committees
Process & Automation
Manage automation tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Apollo, etc.)
Ensure database hygiene and list quality
Implement scalable workflows for daily outreach volume
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of
B2B email marketing
and enterprise outreach
Experience with email automation and deliverability tools
Knowledge of DNS / authentication standards: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Ability to troubleshoot deliverability problems and improve inbox placement
Good writing skills for professional, concise email content
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and performance analysis
Ability to research enterprise prospects and personalize communication
High attention to detail and a structured way of working
Ability to generate leads and convert them into proposals.
Must have good communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience running
healthcare or SaaS B2B
campaigns
Experience in the
aesthetic / cosmetic / dermatology industry
is preferred
Understanding of CRM workflows
Familiarity with domain rotation, warmup tools and sending infrastructure
Basic experience with copywriting frameworks for enterprise outreach
Ability to generate leads and convert them into proposals.
