Role Overview:



We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic

School Outreach Executive

who will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with school decision-makers to facilitate the successful implementation of student career counseling programs.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct regular visits to CBSE and ICSE schools in Pune and surrounding regions. Engage with Principals, Academic Heads, and other school stakeholders to build lasting partnerships. Present and demonstrate the career counseling program and its value to school communities. Drive integration of the program within school systems and support student enrollment. Meet or exceed defined revenue and outreach targets through effective school collaborations.

Desired Profile:



2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the education sector. Strong existing network with school decision-makers (e.g., Principals, Coordinators, HODs). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Passionate about student guidance and education. Willingness to travel frequently within Pune and nearby areas. Proficiency in English; Marathi/Hindi preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
