small and medium businesses
across India.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Growth & Operations Manager
to take complete ownership of the Bizpressions B2B e-commerce segment. This is a hybrid role combining
operations management
with
marketing coordination
. The right candidate will ensure smooth daily functioning (catalog, orders, logistics, customer care for business clients) while also planning and supervising marketing activities with remote freelancers and interns.
Key Responsibilities
Operations (Core Focus - ~70%)
Manage and update product catalog (pricing, stock, bundles, B2B pack sizes, descriptions).
Oversee order processing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.
Maintain supplier relationships and ensure inventory availability for B2B orders.
Handle customer queries, bulk order negotiations, and drive repeat B2B purchases.
Track business metrics: sales growth, margins, shipping cost efficiency, repeat customer rate.
Marketing (Coordination - ~30%)
Plan monthly product/category focus (e.g., fragrances, candle supplies, packaging).
Coordinate with freelancers/interns for social media posts, ads, and creatives.
Monitor ad campaigns (Google, Meta) with a focus on
business buyers
, not end-consumers.
Suggest new product categories and bulk pack options based on B2B demand.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
3-5 years' experience
in e-commerce operations, B2B sales, or category management.
Strong working knowledge of
Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools
.
Understanding of B2B customer needs (pricing clarity, bulk ordering, repeat supply).
Basic awareness of online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
Ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Compensation
?12,000 - ?30,000 per month
(depending on experience & skills).
Once the candidate demonstrates consistent performance and establishes eligibility, the company may introduce a
performance-based incentive structure
linked to business growth and repeat customer retention.
