B2B Digital Marketing Specialist (Native Hindi / Urdu Speaker)

RM5,000 (Basic) + up to 20% Monthly Sales Incentives

Shift Time:

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Relocation Support:

One-way flight ticket + 14 days hotel accommodation provided

Job Summary

We are hiring

B2B Digital Marketing Specialists

with strong

solution-selling and online marketing

experience. You will engage with advertisers and agencies to understand their goals, recommend digital solutions, and drive business growth.

This is a

revenue-focused role

suited for individuals with solid sales and marketing experience who can communicate effectively in

English and Hindi/Urdu

.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new and existing advertisers via phone, chat, and email daily. Understand advertisers' objectives and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions. Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients to meet revenue goals. Provide pre- and post-sales support for all relevant advertising products. Offer valuable product feedback and insights to improve performance. Share advertiser success stories and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years total work experience, including

at least 1 year in Sales and 1 year in Digital Marketing

. Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi/Urdu

. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet targets in a fast-paced sales environment. Must currently be

residing in India

and willing to

relocate to Malaysia immediately

. Able to provide valid documents (education, employment, payslips, passport).
