We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to lead B2B sales for our
heavy diamond jewelry business
. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores across India, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in the jewelry sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong business relationships with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores pan-India.
Drive sales of diamond jewelry collections through effective networking, client servicing, and consultative selling.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across regions.
Regularly visit clients, attend trade shows/exhibitions, and represent the brand at industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support product development.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B diamond or fine jewelry sales.
Strong and active network of jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores across India.
Direct Contact with Purchase Managers & Owners
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Profile:
Candidates already based in Mumbai.
Experience in diamond jewelry B2B sales with a strong book of active clients.
Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
