Role Summary: B2B DEO
The B2B RTV DEO is responsible for accurate documentation, data entry, and processing of all Return-to-
Vendor (RTV) shipments for B2B operations. The role ensures correct item verification, invoice matching,
system updates, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
A. RTV Processing & Verification
? Receive B2B return items and verify physical quantities with RO (Return Order) / RTV documents.
? Check item condition, MRP, SKU, product code, and packaging accuracy.
? Ensure no invoice mismatch, shortages, or excess items during RTV creation.
B. Documentation & Data Entry
? Create gate entry and update RTV entries in the WMS/ERP system accurately.
? Maintain records of RTV shipments, invoices, debit notes, RO details, etc.
? Generate RTV reports and share them with internal stakeholders as needed.
? Upload supporting documents (invoice copy, product images, return notes) as per process.
C. Coordination & Communication
? Communicate discrepancies (short/excess/mix-up/invoice mismatch) to the RTV Supervisor.
? Coordinate with the Vendor/Brand team for approval or clarification on mismatched items.
Educational Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred).
Technical Skills
? Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
? Experience in WMS/ERP system entry (preferred).
Soft Skills
? Communication skills.
? Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
? Problem-solving attitude.
4. Experience
? 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations / RTV / data entry preferred.
? Experience in B2B returns or vendor-facing processes is an added advantage.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Accuracy of RTV entries.
? Timely processing of B2B returns.
? Zero mismatch in invoice and product details.
? Proper documentation and file maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
